STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
FOR PRESPECTIVE PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE
PURSUANT TO NEW YORK REAL PROPERTY LAW SEC. 442-H

(AS AMENDED, DECEMBER 21, 2021)

For all perspective purchasers of real property, looking to work with any
agent/broker of Alliance Realty Network, Inc.;
Alliance:

  1. Does NOT require prospective clients shall show identification*;
  2. DOES require an exclusive broker agreement; and
  3. Does NOT require pre-approval for a mortgage loan*.
  • Note: Although Alliance does not require show of ID or pre-approval, a seller’s agent/broker
    may require such documents in order to submit an offer.
